Fundraising and Events

 

As an entirley self funded branch of the SANDS network, we are 100% reliant on fundraising activities and donations to allow us continue in our work.

 

Since 2006, Cardiff and Newport SANDS have organised a host of events to raise funds and awareness of our groups aims, and have also benefited from the generosity of others who have organised events themeselves to support us.  Events have included sponsored walks, sky dives, dinner and dances, auctions, raffles, to name but a few.

If you are planning an event yourself to raise funds for SANDS, either our local group ot National SANDS, we would love to hear from you, and will do all we can to help publicise your event throuhg this website and through out social media channels.
